Greenway Manor Hotel
The Greenway Manor Hotel is a charming Manor House dating back to 1730. The main manor house sits within 18 acres of beautiful gardens ideal for relaxing and absorbing the ambiance and beauty of the manor and surrounding area.
The long driveway leading to the manor sets the scene as you enter into a wonderful old house with large open area places, a charming restaurant and cosy Bar. The location is perfect for wedding events large and small, being intimately located in Waterford’s countryside, yet only a few short miles from Waterford’s vibrant city centre with its many restaurants bars, clubs and theatres.

Whether it is a private event (such as a wedding or private party) or a corporate event (such as a company barbeque or Christmas party), Greenway Manor Hotel caters for groups of all sizes and can comfortably accommodate up to 400 guests. Guests at the hotel can relax in luxurious surroundings, enjoying the mature gardens through patio doors which open out from all our banqueting rooms. Our rooms are decorated with a classic grandeur of furnishings and fittings retaining the old charm of the manor house, while having all the comforts of a modern hotel. We offer many room packages, and our staff are happy to offer room service to all guests.
The newly decorated bedrooms retain the old charm of this historic manor house. The majority of our 23 bedrooms overlook the gardens of the estate and have thoughtful modern touches such as TV and tea/coffee making facilities. In the original part of the Manor, there are three superior bedroom suites, which are exceptionally spacious and decorated in grand period style.
Family Friendly
Superbly located for Familes, the Greenway Manor is 5 minutes from Waterford City Centre and Ten Minutes from Tramore with loads to do within the grounds. We have our outdoor play areas which include swings and obstacle courses and we also have our tennis court and Football area for kids and adults to enjoy. Located on The Waterford Greenway which stretches from Waterford to Dungarvan. Families can walk or cycle from the Manor. Each Family room comes with its own 65" TV.
Bishops Restaurant
Dine like a lord or lady of the manor! We offer a varied and extensive menu. Our newly refurbished bishops restaurant at the Greenway Manor is simply stunning. Our fine dining restaurant serving food since 1730 when the manor was built. With its amazing decor we feel we have created a unique setting while keeping within the original look of the manor. Our menu is something to savour and this area can also be booked for private parties or events.
