Tramore
Situated just 10km south of Waterford City, Tramore is considered the premier resort of the South East of Ireland. The sandy beach in Tramore stretches for almost 5km and has some of the highest sand dunes in Ireland. Tramore has fantastic amenities including surf clubs offering both lessons and board hire. Tramore Amusement & Leisure Park is located within a safe, secure family environment, just 6 miles outside Waterford city. Newtown Cove and Guillamene
Newtown and Guillamene Swimming Club has been in existence for over 70 years. Over the years the Club has contributed to the maintenance of the Cove, both financially and by volunteer work. The Club received grant aid from Waterford Leader Partnership under the Rural Development Programme Encouragement of Tourism Activities Measure to preserve and enhance the coves ensuring a safe and enjoyable area for future generations.
Petting Zoos
Just outside Tramore, in Fenor is the Copper Coast Mini Farm and further along the coast in Stradbally is the Sallyfort Mini Farm. Pirates Adventure Tramore
